Two ways to renovate

Renovations with Permits:
For changes to layout, plumbing, structure or facade. We design, prepare the drawings with a licensed architect, and handle the DOB and LPC permits.
Best for: kitchen or bath relocations, combining apartments, removing walls, facade work, commercial build-outs.
Cosmetic Update, Typically No DOB Permits
Keep your layout and refresh the space. We design and select finishes; a licensed contractor does the work. Faster and more affordable.
Best for: new flooring, paint, kitchen and bath finishes and fixtures, lighting, built-in storage.
